User Experience Evaluation for In-flight Software
When military crews are flying through rough air with nothing but red cabin light and shaking metal around them, every click matters. The software they use has to work perfectly, because there is no room for error at 30,000 feet.
I led a UX evaluation for a major aerospace company whose mission control software was starting to lose ground to a competitor with better usability. My role was to uncover what was holding it back and help the client understand how to make it better.
